Pending bookings can be cancelled by the renter any time at no cost. Approved bookings can be cancelled by the renter up to 24 hours before pickup; cancellations inside the 24-hour window are not allowed from the app. Hosts can only cancel an approved booking up to 72 hours (3 days) before pickup — within 72 hours of pickup, hosts can no longer cancel and the trip must proceed.
