FAQ
Do you have a paper or QR-code version we can keep at reception?
Yes. After signup we send a printable A5 card and a QR code linked to your tracking URL, so even guests who never visit your website can be routed to HireACar.
Can guests pay through the hotel bill?
On request we can invoice the hotel directly instead of the guest, and you charge it through to the room. This is most common for inbound corporate guests.
What cities do you serve?
Active fleets in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Peshawar, Multan, Muzaffarabad and Quetta. New cities can be supported on request if a hotel partner can drive baseline demand.
How do you compare to traditional car-rental agencies?
HireACar is a marketplace, not a fleet operator — we list dozens of independently owned cars in every city, so we beat single-fleet agencies on price, variety and availability during peak season (Eid, Independence Day, December holidays).
