When you sign in using Google or Apple:

  • Google Sign-In: We receive your name, email, profile photo, and Google user ID.
  • Apple Sign-In: We receive your name (first sign-in only), email (or Apple's private relay email), and Apple user ID.

We do not receive or store your Google or Apple account passwords.

We use the collected information for:

  • App Functionality: Account creation, login, vehicle search, booking, and payment processing.
  • Identity Verification: Verifying user identity through CNIC, driving license, and biometric checks for trust and safety.
  • Communication: Sending booking confirmations, notifications, and support messages.
  • Location Services: Displaying nearby available vehicles and relevant search results.
  • Service Improvement: Understanding usage patterns to improve App features and performance.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with:

  • Other Users: Your name, profile photo, and rating may be visible to Hosts or Renters during booking.
  • Service Providers: Firebase (authentication, analytics), Google Cloud (infrastructure), and Apple (Sign-In services).
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or government regulation.

5. Data Storage and Security

  • Your data is stored on secure servers hosted on Microsoft Azure.
  • Authentication is handled through Firebase Authentication with industry-standard encryption.
  • Sensitive data (CNIC, driving license images) is stored securely and access-restricted.
  • We use HTTPS for all data transmission between the App and our servers.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account:

  • Your profile data, bookings, and personal information will be permanently deleted from our systems.
  • Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes (e.g., financial records) for a limited period.

You have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of your personal data.
  • Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information via the App's profile settings.
  • Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data through the App (Profile → Delete Account) or by contacting us.
  • Withdraw Consent: Revoke permissions (e.g., location access) through your device settings.

We request access to your device's location to provide location-based vehicle search. You can:

  • Grant or deny location permission when prompted.
  • Revoke location access at any time through your device's Settings.
  • The App will function with limited features without location access.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.
