HireACar is a car rental marketplace: cars come from local owners and rental companies, by the hour or by the day. For tour operators we run a simple pilot. You tell us the legs and dates, we help you find cars whose owners allow the route, and you get one invoice for the month.

Help with each leg
Tell us the route and dates, and we look for cars whose owners allow the trip. A car leaves its city only if its owner agrees.
Self-drive, or the owner’s driver
Most cars are self-drive. Some owners offer their own driver; their car pages say so, and you agree the driver’s hours and meals with the owner.
One monthly invoice
Our team prepares a single invoice for the month’s trips.
How it works

Email partnerships@hireacar.pk with your company name, the routes you run and the dates you need.

We reply within two business days with how the pilot works and the cars available in each city.

You request cars on HireACar, and each owner confirms the booking.

At the end of the month we send one invoice for the month’s trips.

Can we connect our booking system?
Not yet. During the pilot you book on the HireACar website or app, and we prepare the monthly invoice.
Can visitors from abroad drive themselves?
Sign-up currently needs a Pakistani CNIC, so email us before you plan a self-drive leg. To drive a car yourself you need a valid driving licence.
Do you cover Skardu and Hunza?
Only where an owner allows the trip. No cars are listed in Gilgit-Baltistan today, so ask us early and we check with owners in Islamabad.
Are trips insured?
HireACar does not insure trips. Insurance is the car owner’s responsibility, so ask the owner before you book.
