Renters book by the hour or by the day, mostly without a driver, and send a request online; the owner confirms each booking. Renters sign up with a verified phone number and their CNIC, and chat with the owner in the app once a booking is confirmed. HireACar does not insure trips. It is available on the web, the iOS App Store and Google Play.
