Can a rental car be delivered to Islamabad International Airport?
Yes, if the owner accepts. When you book, choose delivery to an address and enter the airport. The fee depends on the distance from the car: free within 1 km, then Rs 500 up to 2 km, Rs 1,000 up to 5 km, Rs 1,500 up to 10 km, Rs 2,000 up to 20 km and Rs 2,500 beyond. It is shown before you send the request, and the same applies if you return the car at the airport.
Can I book by the hour for an airport run?
Not in Islamabad yet. Some cars can be booked by the hour, for 4 to 12 hours; an hourly booking never costs more than the day price.
What do I need at pickup?
Every renter signs up with a verified phone number and gives their CNIC number and a photo of the front of the card. Self-drive also needs a valid Pakistani driving licence. Owners may look at the original card at pickup, but may not keep it or any other original document.
What if my flight is late?
Chat with the owner opens once your booking is paid and confirmed: share your flight number there and agree the handover time.
Can I cancel?
Requests can be cancelled free of charge until you have paid. After that, renters can cancel up to 24 hours before pickup and hosts up to 72 hours before pickup. Refunds are sent back by bank transfer and usually arrive within 2–5 business days. Full details: hireacar.pk/terms#cancellation
