Can I book a car just for the baraat?
Yes: 2 of these cars can be booked for 4 to 12 hours, from Rs 916 an hour. Some cars can be booked by the hour, for 4 to 12 hours; an hourly booking never costs more than the day price.
Do the cars come with a driver?
Most cars are self-drive. Some owners offer their own driver; their car pages say so, and you agree the driver’s hours and meals with the owner.
What do I need to drive the car myself?
To drive a car yourself you need a valid driving licence.
Can we decorate the car?
Ask the owner before you book, and agree how the decoration is put on and taken off.
Can the car go to another city?
Only if the owner allows it. Say where you are going in your request, and the owner confirms.
Can I cancel?
Requests can be cancelled free of charge until you have paid. After that, renters can cancel up to 24 hours before pickup and hosts up to 72 hours before pickup. Refunds are sent back by bank transfer and usually arrive within 2–5 business days. Full details: hireacar.pk/terms#cancellation
